It's all ready October!!!

My how time flies!   I can't believe that it's all ready October. Soon we will be getting ready for the Winter holidays.  Here's a few quick notes:

1.  Kindergarten Halloween Event will be held October 31st in the morning.  Our party will be in the afternoon.

2.  November 21st marks our first field trip.  We are going to the Zoo.

3.  Reports will be coming out in the next few weeks, check back here or check Pinedale's website

Back To School!

It's that time of year again - Back to School.  The summer went by so quickly!  So what is 

Ms. Neville's Kindergarden blog?  And why did I spell Kindergarden with a d rather than a t?

This blog is to keep parents informed as to what is going on in the classroom and what our children are learning.  Each week I will be writing about activities that we have done, are going to do and important announcements.

So why "kindergarden" instead of kindergarten?  I truly believe that our children are like young plants that all year long we will take care - water, feed and give them everything they need to grow and learn.  Hence, the word "garden"
